Job Description

1. Brief description of position with main outputs and tasks:

  • Build & handle CRM platform, enrich customer database, retain users and increase users’ frequency.
  • Responsible for performance of digital marketing campaigns - Lead the implementation as well as business delivery through online sales, potentially with in house website and Marketplace.

2. Main task:

CRM: (40%)

  • Accountable and responsible to strategize, develop and implement CRM plans that nourish strong relationships with consumers to achieve business objectives.
  • Build the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Develop and build segments of our customer database with the goal of providing customer retention and purchase conversions.
  • Responsible for CRM budget with rigorous tracking & prioritization to deliver on business plan commitments.
  • Responsible in developing partnerships with relevant database partners to increase recruitment & retention of users for the brands.
  • Build up CRM in house channels automation with SMS Marketing, ZMS & Email Marketing.
  • Report: Data science statistics report, brand’s Members audit, Customer profitability report, customer lifetime value analysis ...

DIGITAL: (30%)

  • Accountable and responsible to define measurement and learning objectives against social media/digital channels to ensure maximum impact and delivery against goals.
  • In partnership with brand marketing, lead the development of consumer segmentation with tailored and relevant marketing messages to maximize effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Leads the tracking & analysis of performance to ensure KPIs are met & initiates corrective measures where necessary.
  • Responsible in developing partnerships with external agencies and regularly evaluate & assess their performance propose arising opportunities or to address upcoming challenges.
  • Accountable and responsible for all consumers engagement touch point channels both online and offline.
  • Responsible to identify the right partners and agencies for digital & mobile first content, community management, advising on content strategy, identification of digital influencers / KOL management with ability to penetrate dark social and closed group communities.
  • Responsible and accountable for all digital assets performance and continuously optimized towards best practices from search, website performance and social media management on all digital initiatives.
  • Responsible in developing a framework and dashboard to accurately measure, analyze and report performance; continually assessing the cost of acquisition and retention and provide an understanding of which channels/ programs are more effective than to drive improved return on investment & prioritization of resources.

E-COMMERCE (30%):

  • Implement ecommerce platform and support system.
  • Oversee ecommerce activities to ensure smooth operation & mitigate issues.
  • Oversee and manage the website content to ensure all information is updated and optimized to increase SEO effectiveness.
  • Review analytics to come up with insights to grow online direct sales. Research and develop sales potential and create plans for E-commerce segment business growth and expansion.
  • Create Marketing plans and Social Media PR plans for covering e-commerce segment.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Have 3-5 years of experience at similar positions.
  • FnB/retail experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business (Master or MBA is a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong in communication, influencing people and leading team.
